After I Buy Pong iPad 5 positions Leather like Case
I got to admit, I was expecting not to like this case, and was a little worried because I like to hold case in my lap or in book fashion and only review (on the less expensive no 4g version) didn't address this nor do any of the photos or YouTube videos. Well it works fine in book fashion, and the folding front cover is very good in landscape or vertical even on my lap (that surprised me). If you turn your iPad upside down (for what reason I have no idea) the case cover will flop loose. But in normal position it holds secure and activates on/off feature flawlessly. This case is very light weight around 10oz and very slim profile appx 9/16" thick with iPad installed. The New iPad slides into the back like it was born there, with all the correct holes/cutouts lining up just dandy. The cover is more leather like than 90% of the so called leather cases advertised and the back has a nice feel to it as well. I didn't notice any offensive smells like you get from pu leather and other faux leathers I've come across. Inside is a soft felt like lining that looks, feels, appears quality. I haven't tried the 4g or 3g on it yet, but I do notice it is faster than before while down loading using WI-FI. I'll post an update later when I give the cellular a try. So far it's recommended 5 stars from me. This case is very well built using nice quality materials.
Update: There is a very noticeable difference in download speed with this case in a hotel using their wi-fi connection we're staying in compared to my other leather case. I'm sold.

I ordered the wrong case for my new Ipad 4 wifi/4g Verizon. After one call we exchanged cases for the correct case. Correct case arrived within one week. Very good customer service. The Pong Case performs as advertised. I own a NC Blueridge Mountain cabin on the edge of Verizon 4g coverage. I would get on and off again coverage on my new Ipad 4. The Pong Case is now giving me a solid signal on the edge of their service area. Check their WEB sight out. Solid independent research has been done to confirm their product claims. Expensive case yes. Is it worth it I think so. No other Ipad case does what the Pong Case does. I recommend the company and their products highly.
BalasHapusThis is the case Apple should have designed for it's iPad. It feels great in your hands. It feels like quality. The case Apple designed was just annoying. It helps with the radiation deflection and the heat of the 3rd Generation iPad. I'm not sure if it helps the download speeds but it is surely the quality case you would want to protect your investment in your iPad. The price is a little steep but I am very glad I bought it. It just feels right.
